Shipping & Delivery
LaFia Flowers provides local hand delivery from Signal Hill across Los Angeles, Orange County, Malibu, and select Ventura County areas.
Delivery fees
- Up to 35 miles: $25 delivery. Orders of $400 or more receive complimentary delivery within this core service area.
- 35 to 50 miles: $50 delivery.
- 50 to 75 miles: $100 delivery. A $400 minimum order applies.
The available option and final fee are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and order total. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an address is within our service area.
Delivery date and timing
Select your requested delivery date on the product page. After checkout, our team reviews flower availability, the address, and the requested date, then confirms the delivery window. Exact-time requests are coordinated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Same-day requests
Same-day delivery may be selected for eligible arrangements ordered before 11 AM Pacific. After 11 AM, the first available delivery date is tomorrow. Same-day service is confirmed after our team reviews flower availability, location, and delivery capacity. Grand, custom, and personalized arrangements may require advance notice.
Room decor and events
Room decor and event styling require at least 2 days notice so we can confirm the date, venue access, and setup plan. Room decor is not available for same-day service.
Recipient details
Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, and working phone number at checkout. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will contact the recipient or purchaser to coordinate a safe handoff. Large arrangements are not left unattended without confirmation.
Photo before delivery
We send a complimentary photo of the completed arrangement before dispatch. It is sent by text when a phone number is provided at checkout, otherwise by email.
