Where do you deliver, and is same-day available?
We hand deliver across Los Angeles, Orange County, Malibu, and select Ventura County areas. Same-day may be available for eligible arrangements ordered before 3 PM PT. Choose a requested date on the product page, and our concierge will confirm timing based on location and flower availability.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Each product is made in the design, flower type, shape, and palette shown in its photos. Only options displayed on that product page are available. Personalized products include a clearly marked field for the required letters or numbers.
How fresh are the roses?
Each arrangement is built fresh for your delivery date so it arrives at its absolute peak.
Do you create room decor and proposal setups?
Yes. Our team styles full room decor with roses, balloons, plush, and details. Room decor needs at least 2 days notice (not same-day) so we can confirm your date and venue access. Start with Room Decor to plan your setup.
How large are the arrangements?
LaFia specializes in statement flowers, from 55-rose boxes and 101+ rose bouquets to monumental baskets made with as many as 1,001 roses.
Can I see the arrangement before delivery?
Yes. For grand arrangements, you can request a photo confirmation before dispatch. Add the request to your order notes or contact our concierge after checkout.
