Shipping policy

LaFia Flowers provides local hand delivery across Los Angeles, Orange County, Malibu, and select Ventura County areas.

Delivery fees

• Los Angeles and Orange County: $25 local delivery. Orders over $400 qualify for free delivery within the core service area.
• Malibu and extended West Los Angeles: $69 delivery.
• Select Ventura County and extended areas: $119 delivery with a $400 minimum order.

The available delivery option and final fee are shown at checkout based on the delivery address. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an address is within our service area.

Same-day requests

Same-day delivery may be available for eligible in-stock arrangements ordered before 3 PM Pacific. Same-day service is not guaranteed until our team confirms flower availability, location, and timing. Grand, custom, and personalized arrangements may require advance notice.

Delivery windows

Select your requested delivery date on the product page. After checkout, our team reviews the order and confirms the delivery window. Exact-time requests are coordinated when possible but are not guaranteed.

Room decor and events

Full room decor and event styling require at least 2 days notice so we can confirm the date, venue access, and setup plan. Room decor is not available for same-day service.

Address and recipient details

Please provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, and working phone number. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will contact the recipient or purchaser to coordinate a safe handoff. We do not leave large arrangements unattended without confirmation.

For grand arrangements, photo confirmation before dispatch is available on request.
