Shipping policy
LaFia Flowers hand delivers across Los Angeles and Orange County.
Same-day delivery. Order by 3 PM Pacific for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3 PM are delivered the next day.
Delivery windows. Your delivery window is confirmed after checkout. We cannot guarantee an exact time, but our team coordinates timing for important moments.
Room decor and events. Full room decor and event styling require at least 2 days notice so we can confirm your date and venue access. These are not same-day.
Address and recipient. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a recipient phone number. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will coordinate delivery or leave the arrangement in a safe location.
Delivery area. We currently serve Los Angeles and Orange County. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, contact us before ordering.
