Refund policy
LaFia Flowers creates fresh, made-to-order arrangements, so every order is prepared individually for you. Because our products are perishable and often personalized, the following applies.
Freshness guarantee. We stand behind every arrangement. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Custom and personalized orders. Arrangements with custom colors, lettering, or made-to-order room decor cannot be returned or exchanged once preparation has started, as they are created specifically for you.
Cancellations and changes. To cancel or change an order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered preparation.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
